Two houses ready to build, with price, area and plans in the open

Design and permitting run in parallel with pre-construction, and construction follows the approved drawings. Construction takes about 12 months for Casa Canopy, and 8 to 10 months for Forest House, depending on the lot and its location.

The house is delivered finished, with the equipment it needs to run, such as air conditioning, extractors and the pool pump, and with the perimeter fence and the landscape. Loose furniture and your own appliances are not included.

Yes. Both homes were designed as adaptable models: we re-site the house for your lot orientation, slope and setbacks, and adjust structure and drainage accordingly. Changes to layout or area are quoted as a design variation.

We review lots before you buy: access, slope, water and utilities, setbacks and what the municipality will allow. It is the cheapest hour you will spend on the project. We are not real estate brokers and we take no commission.

Yes, for Forest House. You receive the full permit-ready set and can build with a contractor of your choice; we can stay on for site supervision if you prefer.
