A portfolio shaped by site, light & climate

Every project starts with a reading of the lot: slope, sun, wind, views and the vegetation already there. From that reading we design the architecture and the landscape together, with Arq. Melanie Jasser leading the architecture and César E. Caso the gardens, and the studio accompanies the construction on site through to handover. The work below includes homes, gardens, commercial buildings and masterplans, built, under construction or in design, in Tamarindo and Playa Grande, Flamingo and Reserva Conchal, Hacienda Pinilla, Puerto Viejo, Papagayo, Arenal and other parts of Costa Rica.
